Family Law

When a family breaks up, emotions flare, and people are deeply hurt. Further, when one member of a family is physically hurting another member of the family, family law steps in to try to stop the violence.

There are many issues that need to be handled by competent and caring third parties. McDonough Law is experienced in divorce, property settlements, and temporary restraining orders. Given that divorce and family violence involve both men and women, our law firm strives to treat both male and female clients equally. However, at no time will our firm represent both sides of a divorce or other family law issue.
