Jaime Seaton

Jaime E. Seaton holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, and a minor in Early Childhood Special Education. Ms. Seaton received her Juris Doctor from David A. Clarke School of Law in Washington, D.C. Jaime is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland and is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Ms. Seaton has a legal background in special education and disability-related work. Throughout law school, Ms. Seaton prepared and litigated cases in the Special Education and Juvenile clinic as a student attorney. Additionally, during law school, Ms. Seaton worked as a legal clerk for a preeminent special education law firm in the Washington metropolitan area, as well as, a judicial law clerk for Administrative Law Judge John P. Dean.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Seaton, was an associate attorney at two law firms in Washington, D.C, where she gained extensive litigation experience. Ms. Seaton focuses her practice on family law, special education law, and probate. Ms. Seaton is uniquely able to utilize her experience and background in special education to assist her family law clients with special needs children.

Ms. Seaton has been selected for inclusion as a "Rising Star" by Maryland SuperLawyers  (2019) and DC SuperLawyers (2019), an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in the selected jurisdiction.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys spending her time with her husband and puppy, cooking, and traveling.


Ms. Seaton is an active member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County; the Women's Bar Association of Maryland, Montgomery County Chapter; the District of Columbia Bar; and is a board member of the Sobeloff Society, Montgomery County Chapter.
